Forestmelt began with a simple belief: the food you eat every day should be both honest and nourishing.
Why we started
We grew up in households where dates, seeds, and nuts weren't snacks — they were medicine, ritual, and the start of every meal. But somewhere along the way, the pantries of urban India filled up with packaged products that were sweeter, fancier, and a lot less honest.
Forestmelt exists to bring those foundational ingredients back — sourced cleanly, packed without preservatives, and delivered fresh enough to taste like they came straight from the farm.
What we believe
Quality you can taste. We source from quality sources, pick by hand, and check everything with care. If we wouldn't eat it ourselves, it doesn't ship.
