Where do you source your products from?

We source from quality sources, choosing every lot for grade and freshness, and check it carefully before it ships — see the Quality Promise page for our full standards.

Are your products organic?

Many are, particularly our seeds and selected nuts. We label each pack with its certification on the back. Look for the "Organic" badge where it applies.

How long do the products stay fresh?

Each pack carries a "best before" date — typically 9 months for nuts and seeds, 12 months for dates. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate dates and consume seeds and nuts within 4–6 weeks for best flavor.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Our outer cartons are 100% recyclable. The inner vacuum-sealed pouch is currently a food-grade multilayer film for freshness — we're testing compostable alternatives and will switch over once they meet the shelf-life standards we need.

How long does shipping take?

3–5 business days to major metros, 5–7 days to other serviceable pincodes across India. You'll get a tracking link by SMS and email once your order ships. Full details on the Shipping page.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently serve India only. International shipping is on our 2026 roadmap.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes — for orders above 5 kg per SKU we offer wholesale pricing. Write to support@forestmelt.com with your requirement and delivery pincode and we'll send a custom quote within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via our payment partners. Cash on delivery is available on orders below ₹2,000 in selected pincodes.

Can I return a product or get a refund?

Food can't be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons — once a pouch leaves our warehouse we can't put it back into circulation. But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll send a free replacement. Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos — full details on our Replacement Policy page.
